What we do
- Product photos are shown by linking to the seller’s own image URL — in most cases the file travels straight from the seller’s server to your browser.
- In case that URL disappears, we may keep one downscaled copy per product. We do not keep it at full size, and we do not crop or composite it.
- Tapping a photo takes you to the seller. We do not sell goods and we do not take payment (Terms of Service).
Enquiries and takedown requests
You can ask us to stop using or delete a specific image, or everything from one seller. Write to the address below and we will act on it and reply with the outcome.
Including the page address (or the style code) and your relationship to the rights holder makes this much faster.
What we do about it
- We stop storing images from that seller and delete any copies we hold.
- If you also want the links to the original URLs stopped, we stop those too.
Non-copyright matters — wrong labels, wrong product data — reach us at the same address.
